Yoga for Equestrians with Katie Kopina Buser

We know yoga, riding, and horses may all bring us great joy and peace.

Let's learn how yoga can support the athleticism and mental clarity that promotes safer horseback riding by cultivating strength, flexibility, balance, and focus through a Viniyoga practice.

All experience levels are welcome, register at the library.

This free class is limited to twelve students per session.
